October 2004

       Its October 2004 after a very surreal summer.  I have spent most of the summer laid up after an accident where I was sideswiped in a crosswalk.  Now I know why the group Missing Persons sang "...nobody walks in LA..."  Its too friggin dangerous!

But I am grateful to have no broken bones and be relatively healthy.  Things could have been much worse.  Time to focus on more pleasant and productive matters.  

I would like to dedicate this site to my baby brother Eric...who as a toddler would delight in waking me at 6am on a Saturday with his stuffed "Pooh" to tell me cartoons were on.  Who would come in while I was doing my homework, ask me endless questions, "borrow" my toys and generally slap me around.  Who would as often as possible make it a point to come in and hang in Jimis room.   He has turned out to be quite a young man...now in his second year of medical school.  I am so proud of him.  Thanks so much for your inspiration and support lil bro...
